Our Watch provides this submission in response to the National Higher Education Code to Prevent and Respond to Gender-based Violence Issues Paper released by the Australian Government. In line with Our Watch’s expertise and evidenced-based frameworks, this submission addresses consultation questions one, three, four, seven and ten from the Issues Paper, grounding responses in the primary prevention of violence against women and their children.
